요즘 공사게의 수준이 떨어지고 있긴 하나, 여전히 많은 유저를 확보하고 있는 장점이,
바로 이런 글에서 나타나고 있다고 개인적으로 생각하고 있는 중..^^;;
이런 글 보면 일반기업 들어가기 정말 싫어진다..-.-;;
우리 나라는 아직도 군대 문화가 사회 전반에 너무 많이 남아있는 듯..
올라가면 편할 수도 있겠으나, 밑에서 기다리는 입장에서는...그냥 끝이다..-0-
저런 걸 한다고 조직에 뭔 도움이 되는지 당최 이해할 수가 없더라는...

무박 40km 행군 복장 <필수 지참 항목> 1) 등산화 (운동화, 군화 등 절대 안됨), 등산양말(2족 여유준비) 2) 등산바지 (면바지, 청바지 등 절대 안됨) 3) 방한용 상의, 방한 모자(귀 덮는 용), 장갑 4) 랜턴(헤드랜턴이 편리), 아이젠, 스패치 <주의 사항> 겨울 산행 이므로 철저한 준비가 필요합니다. 1) 폭설 시에도 동일하게 진행함 2) 사전 운동,등산 및 기초 체력 필히 단련 -> 본인이 완주를 못할 경우 행군 조 전체 감점 대상 3) 교육 중 개인별 전체 평가 점수는 소속 팀장에게 전달됨 ※ 행군 시 배낭은 행군조별로 지급 예정임 ------------------------------------- 작년 겨울에 하이닉스반도체 신입사원 연수기간에 행군한건데, 12월 중순에 40km 행군이라.. 저번에 어떤 은행은 70km인가 행군하다가 부상자 속출하고 그랬었지.. 삼성 매스게임, lg 파워콤이야 뭐 이제 너무 유명해졌고.. 울나라 대기업은 아직까지도 군바리 문화가 그대로 남아있다.. 울학교 특성상 군대 고문관 스타일도 많고 공익으로 빠지는 비율도 타학교에 비해 월등한걸로 아는데,,암만 취업 급해도 대기업 지원할때 좀더 신중해지길 바란다. 스스로가 군대 있을때 적응 잘했고 재밌었고 할만했다 하면 뭐 문제 없겠으나 군대식 조직생활 싫어하고 좀 내성적인 사람들은 진짜 독하게 사시나 의전 노려봐라. 고시는 자신없고 의전갈 돈 없다 하는 사람들은 차선으로 공기업 올인하고 그것도 자신없으면 차라리 7급 시험이라도 봐라. 울학교 출신들이 대기업 취업시 학벌혜택 받는것도 크지만 타학교보다 2-3년 이내 퇴사비율 또한 월등히 높다는 것도 명심해라. |
